The Sheridan City Council elected to table the Holly Ponds Planned Unit Development #9 Monday night. The request from developer Ron Patterson consists of re-platting three lots and one out-lot into four lots. Two of the lots have been sold and Patterson intends to build a three to four story senior housing facility on one of the lots that he owns.
The Council tabled the item due to the fact that there needs to be more clarification in the development agreement between Patterson and the City, in particular infrastructure work to the ponds within the PUD. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey.
City Planning Director Robert Briggs explains more about what's needed in the development agreement.
Patterson will meet with City staff on site to determine what all needs to be done to the embankments before the item is considered by the Council at their December 3rd meeting.
