The Sheridan City Council will meet for their final regularly scheduled meeting of June this evening. Council will consider the budget resolution for fiscal year 2012 tonight.
Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey says that despite declining revenues and a projected shortfall, City staff has worked tirelessly on crafting a balanced budget.
The price for delivering service to the citizens may be going up as Council will discuss raising rates for water, sewer and solid waste.
The Council will also receive an update from City Clerk Scott Badley on Cablevision's request to the FCC to take away the City's authority to regulate cable rates.
