Development of the Scenic Character Plan is a process that took a little over a year and involved a handful of public meetings that involved identifying what was important in the local landscape.
Tonight the City Council will consider adoption of the plan that was recommended for approval by the City Planning Commission recently. Sheridan Mayor Dave Kinskey.
The Council will also be considering a request from the Downtown Sheridan Association.
Up for third and final reading is an ordinance that would establish a trust fund for monies collected from the gas tax that would be used for road maintenance.
Tonight's Sheridan City Council meeting will get under way at 7 o'clock on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chambers. The meeting can also be heard live on AM 1410 KWYO.
