Resolution #20-13 is up for consideration at tonight's Sheridan City Council meeting. The Skyview West Planned Unit Development on 6.8 acres northeast of Bighorn Avenue and Brundage Lane is a proposed 75-unit rental housing project that was recommended for approval last week by the City's Planning Commission.
Similar to the last two Planning Commission meetings, Council President John Heath says they expect, and welcome plenty of public input this evening.
The Council will also be removing from the table a request from the Phoenix Restaurant Group for a new bar and grill license.
The Phoenix Restaurant Group has their sites set on opening a restaurant at 55 North Main Street, which is the former home of Oliver's Bar and Grill. Tonight's Sheridan City Council meeting will take place at 7 o'clock on the third floor of City Hall in Council Chamber. The meeting can also be heard live on AM 1410 KWYO.
