Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill was a guest on KROE'S Public Pulse program Monday. It was inevitable that host Kim Love asked Hill about Senate File 104, legislation that would turn most of the important duties of the superintendent's post over to a director appointed by the governor. Hill, when questioned about her highly publicized battle with legislators, said that it is only a few that seem to have an issue with her.
Hill agreed that the issue should go before voters as an amendment to the state constitution.
The House Appropriations Committee is scheduled to discuss Senate File 104 Tuesday. To view Hill's comments to the legislature, click here.
