The 2011 Career Expo brought in prospective job seekers of all ages Thursday at the Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome at Sheridan College. Sheridan College Coordinator of Career Services Sue Tarter says that throughout the day there was a good mix of people, especially the first three hours, which are typically the busiest for the event.
There were 22 employer tables that were on hand plus 16 career cluster tables. Tarter explains what career clusters enabled job seekers to do.
The 4th annual Career Expo was sponsored by Sheridan College and the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Committee.
