The Johnson County Commissioners will have their meeting Tuesday, September 6 beginning at 9am at the courthouse.
On the agenda, the commission will address Public Health budget adjustments, discuss the SLIB grant application for the SW Quadrant of Buffalo project, and will discuss off-track betting. In the afternoon they will hear a presentation from Cynthia Twing with the Library Board and will have a second public hearing on the proposed animal regulations for Johnson County.
The Buffalo City Council will have their first regularly-scheduled meeting of September on Tuesday, and their agenda has the third reading for the ACTfranchise agreement, the resolution for the SLIB grant application,and Ordinances updating and revising city code regarding subdivisions and zoning. A resubdivision of the Big Horn Business Center Addition will be discussed as will the proposal for the joint city/county engineer position.
The city council meeting will begin at 5 pm at Buffalo's City Hall.
