The Buffalo City Council adopted Ordinance No.1352 and Ordinance No. 1353 on third and final reading at their regular meeting last week, which revises the City Code Book.
Buffalo City Attorney Ben Kirven gave a brief overview of what the new Ordinances will change.
There was one minor change to Ordinance No. 1353 that was accepted on the third reading. Kirven explained that after discussions with acting Police Chief Jason Carder and officials with the school district, they inserted another paragraph in the Ordinance to include a provision banning weapons at schools, at school functions and in school buses. That change was accepted.
