The Buffalo City Council will have their last scheduled meeting of 2010 on Tuesday at City Hall in Buffalo. Aaron Palmer has a preview.
On the agenda is an update from Brook Stromer on the wastewater treatment plant.

Johnson County School District #1 Superintendent Rod Kessler will give a presentation to the Council as well. Hepp explains what Kessler will talk about.
Also on the agenda, new police officer Casey Farris will be sworn in.
The Council will hear from a resident on sight obstruction and safety concerns with snow piles on city streets. Sharon Farquhar will ask for lighting replacement at the Buffalo Senior Center.
Mayor Skip Hancock will make appointments to various boards; the Council will discuss a refund for an unused water tap. And a Lot Split Resolution will be discussed concerning Northside Auto.
The department heads will also give reports to the Council, which is set to meet starting at 4 pm.
