At this week's Buffalo City Council meeting, the council approved a request for a catering permit for Wahoo Likkers, Inc. with a motion for a minor change.
The catering permit originally asked for permission to serve alcohol at the Learning Tree Preschool benefit Auction September 28th from 4pm to 1am, but was approved with w achange to stop serving at midnight.
The council also approved the re-appointmant of Mike Johnson to another three-year term on the Lodging Tax Board.
And City Works Foreman Ken Durfee, sitting in for Les Hook, gave the department's report to the council, saying they have had a rash of water leaks around the city that have required crews' attention to fix, but he felt road chip and seal projects that have been postponed would be completed this week.
Councilman Russ Humphrey brought a citizen's concern to Durfee's attention.
Councilman Stan Lakin requested city crews remove weeds from the city fuel depot at the corner of Fetterman and Klondike.
