Cat Urbigkit, an award-winning author and photographer, will be giving a free presentation entitled “Public Attitudes About Wolves,” this Saturday at the Johnson County Library.
Steve Rzasa, with the library, tells us more.
According to Urbigkit's website, she lives on a sheep ranch near Pinedale, where she draws inspiration for her books and photography.
She has written seven non-fiction books for children and one for adults entitled “Yellowstone Wolves.”
She authors the blog “Wolf Watch” and her photographs have been featured in both books and magazines.
The discussion will begin at 6pm at the library, located at 171 N. Adams in Buffalo, and is free and open to the public.
Books by Urbigkit are available to loan at the library.
The program is sponsored by the Johnson County Friends of the Library through the Wyoming Humanities Council as part of its Humanities Forum.
