Sheridan resident Emerald Starr Lee was arraigned in 4th Judicial District Court Wednesday on the felony charge of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
The 19-year-old Starr was arrested in Sheridan in late September of this year as part of nine-month long investigation by law enforcement that lead to the seizure of almost $200,000 worth of methamphetamine. Three other individuals were also arrested as part of the investigation.
Lee plead “Not Guilty” to the charge and 4th Judicial District Court Judge John Fenn set the two-day trial for March 27 and 28th of 2012. If convicted, Lee faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000 or any combination of both.
