Nearly 100 students from Wyoming, South Dakota and Montana will be in Sheridan next week to compete in the 9th Annual “Border Wars” competition. Sheridan College Agriculture Instructor Chuck Holloway explains the categories that students will be competing in.
Holloway says that besides the high level of competition that the Border Wars provides, there is something else that students will be able to experience while at the event.
Holloway said that there will be scholarships and prizes that will be awarded to the top team in each contest. The 9th annual “Border Wars” will take place Tuesday, March 8th from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm at the Sheridan College Watt Agriculture Complex.
