What do these two locations have in common?

In the near future both of these areas will be void of the loud train whistle noise that came with the passing of each train through Sheridan's First Street railroad crossing. For patrons of The Black Tooth Brewing Company, just a block from the railroad crossing, it means that enjoying a "cool one" in the afternoon shade at the new outside patio area that is currently under construction will be more soothing to the ears. Unfortunately the patio will be finished next week while the silencing at the railroad crossing may not happen until around Labor Day even though it appears most of the required work at the crossing was completed this week. Speaking of The Black Tooth Brewing Company take a sneak peak at the photo below of the construction under way in the north end of the building. A huge area for special functions is nearing completion.
