Ucross Chapel

Dedicated July 1, 2011 this unique stone chapel sits at the heart of the historic Ucross cattle ranch near the junction of Wyoming Highways 14 and 16 in the Park at Ucross. The design of the Ucross Chapel was inspired by a chapel at Lake Tekapo in New Zealand that was built in 1935 and has been called "the most photographed church in New Zealand." The chapel was designed by Jeff Robertson of Billings, Montana and was built by Piney Creek Construction of Buffalo, Wyoming. Most of the stones came from the Great Falls area of Montana.
