Too Narrow for 2-way Traffic - or not?

The Sheridan City Council approved a resolution at Monday's meeting that will change (make) parking along the north side of 4th Street diagonal to alleviate parking congestion for some of the nearby restaurants. Where parking is already diagonal (adjacent to Powder River Pizza as seen here) ponders up the question as to whether or not diagonal parking leaves enough room for safe two-way traffic flow between the rows of parked vehicles - especially in Wyoming where many drive and park extended length pickup trucks.
