Ranchester Visitor Center - Nears Completion

Posted in

In May 2010 the Town of Ranchester was awarded a Wyoming Business Council Community Development Block Grant and Business Ready Communities Grant for the Ranchester Entry Rehabilitation Plan. Fast forward two years: the then proposed visitors center sketches and plans are now a reality, thanks to many including KWN Construction. The sod has been laid and the exterior of the Visitor's Center is finished while the inside counter top near the entry is still under construction. With fingers crossed the Town of Ranchester hopes to have the facility up and running within the next 2-3 weeks. Check out the "transportation cross-roads" cut out silhouette, made by Mayor Allan Moore, located above the main entry further enhancing the building's railroad depot appearance.
