Rams shoot down the Eagles

On Friday afternoon in Dayton it was no match as the unbeaten #2 ranked Big Horn Rams trounced the winless Tongue River Eagles 49 to 8. The TD's came early and often - this one near the 4:50 mark of the 1st quarter was a hand off from Connor McCafferty to Scott Passini. Scott took the hand off, plowed through a trio of eagles, burst into the open at the 40 and ran in for the score. After the extra point it was 14 to 0. The Rams took the score to 49 to 0 until late in the 4th when TR scored, got the two point conversion and ended with 8-points. Next up for the Rams is a visit from #3 Newcastle on Friday the 19th at 1:00 pm while Tongue River travels to Wheatland for a 6:00 pm game also on the 19th.
