Three year old Parker of Sheridan seemed perfectly content to sit in the middle of a very busy Main Street, with foot traffic all around her, during Thursday's Street Festival. Parker was in front of the Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning booth and game area where the art of drawing with chalk peaked her interest.
