Number 1 Stomps All Over Number 2

Number 1 definitely beats number 2 as the #1 ranked Sheridan Broncs stomped all over the #2 Cheyenne Central Indians at Homer Scott Field Friday evening. The windy, cold conditions only seemed to help the Broncs who jumped on the scoreboard 7-minutes into the game on a penalty kick by Hunter Reece - follow the ball in this 7-photo collage. But then midway through the second half Hunter dazzled the crowd during a beautiful 20-second drive setting up score #3 by Patrick McClurg. Scroll down to view the 20-second, 27-photo "thing of beauty." On Saturday at high noon the Broncs take on the Cheyenne East Thunderbirds in their next to last regular season home game - the last will be against Gillette on Senior night May 4th at 4:00 pm.
