Lady Broncs Battle Lady Camels from Tipoff to Buzzer

It was a Friday Night Battle Royale in the Sheridan High School gym as the #4 ranked Lady Broncs took on the #2 ranked Lady Camels from Campbell County. The Lady Broncs jumped out to an 8 to 0 lead but then it was a back and forth battle to the finish. Early in the game Sheridan's Rickie Ryan and Campbell County's Lexi Hill (shown on the left) battle for control of the ball - with Rickie fouling Lexi. Then on the right, with just seconds to go in the game and down by three points Sheridan's Hailey Ligocki prepares to shoot a three only to have Lady Camel Dacia Lyman mess up the attempt. Sheridan immediately fouled and ended up losing the game 51 to 55. Only two home games remain for the Lady Broncs - Feb. 10th against Laramie and Feb. 11th against Cheyenne South.
