Honoring All Who Served

During veteran's recognition at the Veterans Day program of the VA Medical Center Sunday morning WWII veterans Charlie Patton tipped his hat while Melvin M. Heckman stood holding the commemorative medallion that was given to each veteran. The program "Honoring All Who Served" included a narrative about the contribution native Americans have made as cavalry scouts and members of the armed services and was highlighted by Native American Dance and Drum Patriotic Songs.
