Aliya, Carleigh, Mary and Hanna, shown here, and Hayle, Kaya, Kynlee, Chloe, Miah, Lilan, Bailey, & McKayla of the "Little Eagle Cheerleaders" invite you to come watch them cheer for the Eagles and Lady Eagles of Tongue River HIgh School. The girls range from 1st grade through the 5th grade. Kristina Thompson, who is in her second year as the Little Eagle Cheer Coach, said, "With this cheerleading season winding down I am not looking for anymore girls for this year but will be looking for additions to the team next year. I am also hoping that TRHS has a football team next year so we might be able to cheer for them too. The girls love to cheer and have fun. They also love to get the crowd pumped up for the players." In addition Kristina wants to pass on her thanks to the TRVCC (Tongue River Valley Community Center) for the poms, uniforms and the opportunity to coach; TRHS for allowing them to cheer at the games and to Coach Stephanie Vela (the Sheridan Recreation District Cheerleading Coach) for all the help and encouragement! Without these people there would be no Little Eagle Cheerleaders.
