An artist reception for Dean States was held on Tuesday on the Mezzanine of the Sheridan County Fulmer Library. In case you missed it scroll down to see a sample of his works of art done in colored pencil. The exhibit will be in place until May so drop by and see what can be accomplished with a colored pencil. Dean States works of art can also be seen in the studio he shares with Tracy's Custom Framing at 637 West Loucks Street - the location of the former Stop and Shop Grocery.
