Greg Ferries, 64, passed away at home in Sheridan, WY on May 12, 2011. He was born in Sparta, WI on August 1, 1946 to John and Audrey (DeWitt) Ferries. As the MVP of every sport he played, he graduated from LaFarge High School in the Kickapoo Valley, Wisconsin in 1964. The Ferries Family then moved to Sheridan, WY and started the Ferries Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Shirley Wilson, 74 year old Buffalo woman who passed away Wednesday afternoon at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, will be held at a later date. Donations may be made in Shirley’s memory to the Susie Bowling Lawrence Hospice in care of the Adams Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.

Polina Zavyalova, 86, of Sheridan, WY died Monday, May 16, 2011.

Memorial service will be 10:30am on Monday (May 23rd) from First Baptist Church with Pastor John Craft officiating.

Beryl Blakeman, 48, of Sheridan, passed away at his residence on Sunday, May 15, 2011. Cremation has taken place. Private services will be held at a later date.

Funeral services for Robert Scott, Sr., 62 year old Clearmont resident who passed away April 27th after a lengthy battle with cancer, will be held Saturday, July 2nd at the Clearmont Community Church. David Scott Ketcham, 49, of Rawlins, WY, passed away at his residence on Friday, May 13, 2011.

Funeral Services for Dave will be at 10:00 am on Friday, May 20, 2011, at Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Ron Stolcis officiating. Internment will be in the Sheridan Municipal Cemetery. A reception will be at the Parish Hall following the service.

Bruce Edward Browne, 68, of Sheridan, passed away at his residence on Saturday, May 14, 2011.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Kane Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Johnson officiating with Military Honors. A reception will follow the service at 12:00 noon at the Big Horn Mountain Eagles #4169, 1760 Commercial Avenue, Sheridan.

GREGORY ALLEN SMITH, 50, of Sheridan, Wyoming went home to be with the Lord May 3, 2011 in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Greg was born March 3, 1961 in Huntington, WV the son of James He was the son of James T. Smith Jr. and Bonnie Tackett Smith.

Kenneth W. Crays, 49, of Sheridan, WY, died Sunday, May 8, 2011 in Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Crays was born September 25, 1961 in Denver, Colorado to Forrest and Doris ( Wallace) Crays. He grew up and attended schools in Denver, and moved to Sheridan, Wyoming in 1991 with his mother after the death of his father.

Funeral services for Jim Roebling, 80 year old Clearmont man who passed away early Monday morning at his home in Clearmont, will be held Saturday May 14th at 9:30 a.m. from the Clearmont Community Church with Reverend Marty Rostad officiating. Irene L. Inman, 84, of Sheridan passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2011 at Westview Health Care Center in Sheridan.

Walter Abram (Abe) Crook, 88, of Sheridan, WY died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, in his Sheridan home.

Abe was born March 9, 1923 to Ivan Boyd Crook and Louis May (Symons) Crook on the FH Ranch, Zeke Weltner Ranch, Lower Prairie Dog Creek.

He attended Wakeley School thru 8th grade. He volunteered as an engineer at KWYO and worked at Montgomery Ward while attending Sheridan High School.

Catherine "Kate" Louise (McClusky) Demchok of Sheridan passed away at her residence on May 6, 2011 at the age of 81 surrounded by her family.

Private family interment for Jimmie Johnson Sr., 71 year old Buffalo man who passed away early Saturday morning at the Sheridan Manor in Sheridan, Wyoming, will be held by his family at a later date.
