Sharon Vernique Stadick, 42, of Sheridan, passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 12, 1974 in Wiesbaden, Germany to William E. and Frances (Dacar) Cleveland. Sharon married Richard W. Stadick on April 12, 1997 in Belle Fourche, SD.

Theodore “Smokey” John Barten, Jr., 77, passed away at his residence on September 20, 2016. Smokey was born on July 24, 1939, in Hayward, WI, to Theodore J. Barten, Sr. and Mary (DeView) Barten. He was one of 14 children and grew up working on his family’s dairy farm. He married Donna Coykendall on October 17, 1959, in Pine City, MN.

Isabel Matinda Sarnecki Hunter died in her sleep September 13, 2016 at the age of 86. Isabel was born December 21, 1929 to Martin and Matilda Sarnecki in Edmonton, Alberta Canada and grew up on a farm near the town of Tawatanaw, Alberta Canada with four siblings, Alice, Luczia, Leonard and Rosemarie.

James F. Bonine, 74, of Story, WY, passed away on September 18th, 2016 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital surrounded by family members.

As per Jim’s wishes, no funeral will be held in his memory. He has chosen to wait for his wife, Sheri as they loved to do everything together.

Funeral services for Edith Lopez, 84 year old Buffalo resident who passed away late Saturday evening at the Amie Holt Care Center in Buffalo will be held Saturday, September 24th at 10:00 a.m. from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson officiating. A vigil service will be held and the Rosary recited on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Catherine C. Langlois, 87, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016, peacefully in her sleep with her son (and her cat) by her side at home. She was born on May 3, 1929, in Sheridan, WY to parents Forist and Muriel Neely. She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1947.

Helen McMahan (née Helen Lewis (Apostolou)) died peacefully on September 13, 2016 in Sheridan, WY, at the age of 95.

Bonnie Lou Lawrence died September 9th, 2016 in Sheridan, WY following a lengthy illness. She was born on May 4th, 1959 in Buffalo, WY to Orin and Jean (Tyrrell) Lawrence. Her father unexpectedly passed away when she was 19 months old. She spent her younger childhood in Buffalo with her five older siblings and her mother.

Raymond Lee Hahn, 50, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, in a motorcycle accident in Wheatland. He was born to parents Gerald and Betty (Tanner) Hahn in Beaufort, SC, on December 6, 1965.

Ray enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycles, and was always good for a laugh, loved to entertain others. He loved and cared for his family and his dog, Ranger. He attended the Rock Church.

Private family services for Glen Frost, 75 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Thursday, September 8th at the Amie Holt Care Center in Buffalo, will be held at a later date by his family. Donations in Mr. Frost’s name may be made to Life Line or the Amie Holt Care Center in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.

Graveside funeral services for Ralph Seney, 81 year old lifelong resident of Buffalo, who passed away at the Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California on August 27th, will be held Friday, September 23 at 3:00 p.m. in Willow Grove Cemetery with Father Doug Wasinger officiating.

Funeral services for Zac Gibbs, 19 year old Arvada youth who died Friday in an auto accident near Arvada, will be held Thursday, September 8th at 10:00 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Peter Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held at the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00p.m.

Amelia Forbes Thomas, 101, died on Wednesday, August 31st at the Green House in Sheridan, WY. Amelia was born in 1915 to Waldo Emerson and Ellen Forbes in Milton, MA. After graduating from Milton Academy, Amelia studied German literature at Bryn Mawr College, graduating in 1937.
