Sue Jane Waltman Doyle

Sue Jane Waltman Doyle went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Hospice House Close to Home in Gillette, WY. She was 76.

Sue Jane, daughter of Troy Waltman and Mildred McClain was born and raised in Oklahoma, lived several years in California and spent the last years of her life in Wyoming, to be near her kids.

She was a loving and caring mother of six children, Debbie, Lori (Clint), David (Kathy), Curtis, Mark (Tina) and Jane (Dave), eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Sue Jane accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior early in her life. She made a commitment to serve the Lord, and maintained a close and personal walk with Christ for the rest of her life. She was deeply committed to her church and church family, and from time to time, played the piano or organ during services. She was very talented musically and had a beautiful voice. Although she dearly loved all of God’s word,

her favorite verse was Romans 8:28..." And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose." The second half of Proverbs 31 verse 30 says..."a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised." We Praise God for you Mom, you ran the race, you finished strong and left us a legacy of what true commitment and love means.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Debbie, whom she is now lovingly reunited with, and her parents.

Services for Sue Jane will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012 at the Westside Baptist Church in Gillette, Wyoming. Visitation prior to service at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Mount Pisgah Cemetery.

Memorials to honor Sue Jane may be made to the Hospice House Close to Home in Gillette, WY 82716.

Kane Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
