Graveside services for Sharon Louise Anderson will be held at Piney Creek Cemetery (aka) known as Fort Phil Kearney Cemetery, Story, Wyoming, Tuesday, November 1 at 2:00 p.m. with Pres. Jeff Gonda officiating. Sharon Louise Weaver Anderson was born December 18, 1937, in Sheridan, Wyoming. She passed away October 26, 2011, at Westview Health Care Center in Sheridan after a short battle with cancer.

She was raised in foster homes in Johnson County. She lived and worked most of her life in Sheridan County with a short time on ranches in Campbell County.

She was an excellent cook and worked for cafes, nursing homes, and many ranches, including the PK near Sheridan. She recently worked at the Sheridan Center and the Sheridan Inn.

She was a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints. She married Larry Anderson February 2, 1990. He died October 19, 1993.

She was very devoted to her family and dogs. She liked to do things to make others feel special and never met a stranger. She is survived by three children, Matt (Lorraine) Miller, Gillette, Tamera (Bob) Telford, Sheridan, and Nancy Helvey, Sheridan, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters, Patty Hepp, Sheridan, Betty Rice, Buffalo, and Rosemary Loeber, Hendrickson Nevada, as well as Nancy Ketcham, a close friend for 50 years.
