Funeral services for Pete Angeloff, 81 year old Buffalo man who passed away December 31, 2010 will be held Friday, January 7th at 2:00 PM from the Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo with Tony Forman officiating. Inurnment will be in Willow Grove Cemetery. Friends may, if they wish, donate to the memorial Bread of Life Food Pantry in the care of Adams Funeral Home, who are in charge of all arrangements.
Pete was born on May 14th, 1929 in Miles City, Montana to Nikol and Matrona Angeloff. He grew up, received his education and graduated from high school in Miles City, Montana. He met Grace Strong and they married on September 19th, 1954. Then in 1958 he moved with his wife and two daughters to Buffalo, Wyoming, where he became the store manager for Safeway. He later owned and operated the Gamble's Store on Main Street in Buffalo before returning to the Highway Department and retiring. He also enjoyed working for the First National Bank right before he retired for good. He belonged to the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He loved playing cards with family and friends. In his later years, he and his wife, Grace loved to travel to Deadwood or just get in the car and take a drive to the Big Horn Mountains. He had a love of the mountains and spent time with his family and friends there.
He is survived by his daughter Susan Angeloff from Custer, South Dakota, his daughter Gail Morris and husband Tony and children Ryan and Aaron from Buffalo, Wyoming and son Nicholas Angeloff and wife Angela and children Kristina and Isaac from Sheridan, Wyoming. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, both of his sisters and his wife.
