Carolyn Louise Blyth, 74, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009, at

West View Health Care Center from complications of Parkinson's Disease.

A Memorial Service for Carolyn will be held later this spring.

Beatrice "Tress" McClean

Beatrice “Tress” McClean, 95, of Sheridan, WY, died Tuesday, December 8, 2009 in Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

“Tress” was born March 26, 1914 in York, Nebraska to Ralph and Goldie (Elarth) Trussell. The family later moved to Sheridan, WY to open a bakery.


David C. Morgan

David C. Morgan, 80, of Worland, WY, died Monday, December 7, 2009 in Worland.

Mr. Morgan was born December 8, 2009 on the family homestead on Ash Creek. He grew up and attended schools on Ash Creek and at Monarch, WY. David left home at the age of 14 to go to work on various ranches in the Sheridan area.

Karen was born March 25, 1949, in Sheridan to Maren & Ora Mae (Troutt) Bell.

Paul D. Paustian, a 90 year-old Sheridan, WY resident, died Tuesday, December 8, 2009, in Westview Health Care Center, Sheridan.

Paul was born February 18, 1919 to Henry & Stella (Maxwell) Paustian in Balantine, Montana.


Donald Mehling

Donald Mehling, 69, of Sheridan passed away at the Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County on December 8, 2009. Donald was born on September 11, 1940, in Park City, Montana, to Conrad and Eugenia Mehling. He worked as an upholsterer for most of his adult life.


Russell Pierce

Russell Pierce, 65, of Dayton, Wyoming, passed away on December 9, 2009, at the Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County. He was born on April 13, 1944, in Evanston, Wyoming, to Joseph and Stella (Cook) Pierce. Russell spent most of his life as a lumberjack..

Russell loved fishing and the outdoors. He spent many hours puttering around the house. He was a mountain man and loved the woods.

Robert Morris, 80, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2009, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Robert was born on November 30, 1929 to Robert and Dora Morris in Worland, Wyoming.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leslie Morris, Ken Morris and Don Morris; sisters Thelma Winter, Nellie Johnson, Doralena Cathcart and daughter Debby McCaffrey.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 6 to 8 at Kane Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 11, 2009 at Kane Funeral Home with Sherman Weberg officiating.
