Karl H. Kretzschmar

Karl H. Kretzschmar, 96, of Sheridan, WY died Sunday, January 17, 2010, in his Sheridan home.

Karl was born December 1, 1913, in Hastings, NE to Karl & Frances (Malte) Kretzschmar.

Karl worked as a Petroleum Engineer for Mobil Oil until he retired. He moved to Sheridan with his son in 2009.

Karl is survived by his son Karl of Sheridan.


Gerald Bloom

Gerald Bloom, 42, of Sheridan, WY, died Friday, January 15, 2010 at his residence, the victim of a homicide.

Mr. Bloom was born in Englewood, CO to Kenneth and Linda (Lamm) Bloom. He grew up and attended schools in Boulder, CO. After school Gerald worked in construction in Colorado and Wyoming, most recently in the Jackson area. Gerald moved to Sheridan in 1998.
