Funeral services for Mary O’Neill, 71 year old Buffalo woman who passed away Friday at her home in Buffalo will be held Friday, March 20th at 2:00 p.m. from the Harness Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Saur officiating. Funeral services for Allen Brooks, 70 year old Buffalo resident who passed away suddenly at his home Sunday evening, will be held Tuesday, March 24th at 2:00 p.m. from the Big Horn Baptist Church in Buffalo with Pastor William Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. until noon.

Mass of Christian Burial for James Cook, 88 year old lifetime Johnson County resident who passed away on Friday, will be celebrated Friday, March 20th at 10:00 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson as celebrant. A vigil service will be held and the Rosary recited from the Harness Funeral Home on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

Gene Lester Reimers, 77 of Sheridan Wyoming passed away at Westview Healthcare Center on Sunday, March 15, 2015 with most of the immediate family in attendance. Gene was born 10th of 11 children to Philemon Aaron and Goldie Hilma Victoria (Kardell) Reimers at the farm in Laurel, NE, on August 14, 1937.

Harlan Giese, 83, of Sheridan WY, passed away on Wednesday, March 11th, 2015 at Sheridan Manor in Sheridan, WY. Harlan was born on April 21st, 1931 in Zap, ND to parents William and Mary (Coutz) Giese. Harlan was a exceptional baseball pitcher in his youth playing for a variety of teams in North Dakota. He later moved to Bismarck where we worked as a Land Purchaser for MDU over 42 years.

Beth Garrison, 72, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015 at her residence.

Ellen Kretschman 63, one of God’s strongest soldiers was called to her forever home on March 12 2015.

Charles “Ed” Smith, 68, of Ranchester, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital with his family at his side.

Ed was born on November 4, 1946, in Sheridan, WY, to parents Charles H. “Chuck” and Anne (Kukuchka) Smith. He attended Tongue River High School where he played football. He married Becky Barker in 1975. They later divorced.

Funeral services for Donna Brock, 71 year old Kaycee woman who passed away Tuesday evening at her home in Kaycee, surrounded by her family, will be held Monday, March 16th at 10:00 a.m. at the Harold Jarrard Park Building in Kaycee with Reverend Danny Davis officiating. A private family interment will follow the funeral.

Mary Ann Evans, 86, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the Sheridan Manor. She was born on May 4, 1928, in Martin, SD, to parents Arthur and Zona (Ruleau) Skalinder. She married Kenneth Evans in Chadron, Nebraska, September 1952.

Mary Ann enjoyed crafts, tatting, crocheting, knitting, traveling, fishing and spending time with her family.

Emma Mae McCune, born on February 16th, 2015, was a precious gift that her parents Hidie Reeves and Nathan McCune of Sheridan, will forever cherish. Emma Mae was born in pain and passed in peace on March 8th, 2015. During her twenty short days on earth, she touched many lives, taught many lessons and was loved deeply by family and friends.

“Bud” Perry was born April 19, 1920 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to Jess and Hettie Perry. They later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where Bud attended school and upon graduating joined the Army and was a member of the Second Calvary Unit. It was while he was stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas that he met Martha and they married on November 2, 1944 In Milwaukee.
