Richard “Rick” A. Walker, Jr., 44, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

James “Jimmy” Clyde Williams, 67, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at the VA Mountain View Living Center.

Jimmy was born on April 21, 1947, in Sheridan, WY, to parents Bernard and Charlotte (Kilburn) Williams. He was a graduate in the 1965 class of Sheridan High. He joined the US Army and served in Thailand during the Vietnam War.

William “Mick” Anderson passed away on February 5, dying of cancer. Mick was a long-time Sheridan resident. After graduating from SHS in 1957, he received his B.A. in English from the University of Wyoming and was forever a Pokes fan. In fact, some of his last words were to check on the Cowboys basketball game score.

Funeral services for Judy Benjamin, 63 year old Buffalo woman who passed away suddenly Monday evening at the Johnson County Health Care Center, were held Saturday, February 7th at 11:00 a.m. from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Tom Saur officiating. Donations in Judy’s memory may be made to the Judy Benjamin Memorial, a college fund created for her grandchildren.

William Dean “Bill” Caskey, 61, of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away in his home, as he wished, surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.
Bill was born April 9, 1953, in Sheridan, Wyoming. His parents were Daisy Doris Barnes and Phil Reimers. He lived in Wyoming his entire life, moving here and there as a youngster with his mother and big brother Dan Daniels.

Blanche (Bell) Ekwall passed away peacefully in Lehi, Utah, on February 1, 2015, in the company of family. Blanche was born July 17, 1931, in Sheridan, Wyoming to Edwin Lockett Bell and Quentin R. Gowey. She graduated from Holy Name School and Sheridan High School.

William G. “Greg” Bradford, 72, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015, at the Billings Clinic Hospital surrounded by his family.

Funeral services for Arvilla Marshall, 94 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Thursday morning at the Amie Holt Care Center in Buffalo will be held Monday, February 9th at 10:00 a.m. at the Buffalo Wesleyan Church with Pastor William Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

Sherman C. Burns, Jr., 68, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2015, at the Westview Health Care Center. He was born on December 30, 1946 in Kadoka, SD, to parents Sherman and Virginia (Johnson) Burns.

Sherman enjoyed hiking, photography, music and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He was a Freemason.

Funeral services for Opal Olson, 85 year old Buffalo, Wyoming and former Jefferson, Iowa resident who passed away Sunday morning at the Amie Holt Care Center will be held Friday, January 30th at 10:00 a.m. at the Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson, Iowa. Interment will be in the Grand Junction Cemetery in Grand Junction, Iowa with graveside service to follow the funeral. Donations in Mrs.

Ernest was born to Lillian Ethel Thomas and Elmer J. Brady, on February 27, 1942. He passed peacefully with his family at his side on January 23, 2015. He faught valiantly against esphogeal-gastric cancer, and the many side effects of treatment.
Ernie attended school in West Virginia and graduated from West Liberty State College in West Virginia with a teaching degree in 1965.

Duane Michael Anderson, 60, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015, at the VA Medical Center.

T. Edward Dahlin died on January 25, 2015 at the VA Medical Center with his wife and family by his side. Thure Edward Dahlin was born in a log cabin in Passaic WY to Elma Elizabeth (Ort) and Thure Edwin Dahlin. He grew up on a homestead in Otter Creek MT the eldest of four boys with his younger brothers Ben, John and Wes.

Anna M. Johnson, 77, of Clearmont, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Anna was born in Madison, WI, on February 11, 1938, to parents Walter and Ruby (Showers) Mettling. She married Peter Edwin Johnson on October 10, 1955, in Coeur d' alene, ID.
