Charles “Chuck” Wayne Brown, 63, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. He was born on February 23, 1952, in Buffalo, WY, to parents John Edgar and Estella Dale (Buckley) Brown.

Lilly Patricia (Patty) Weatherford passed away January 18, 2016 at Memorial Hospital. She was born May 20, 1944 in Van Nuys, California.
She was preceded in death by her father, Royal “Tex” Thompson and mother, Marjorie Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Larry Weatherford of Big Horn, Wyoming; and daughters, Lisa Hoey of Belfair, Washington and Trisha Orsino of Olympia, Washington.

Dee J. Sadler, 77, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at the Billings Clinic.

Graveside services for Doris Metzler, 98 year old Buffalo woman, who passed away Sunday evening at Amie Holt Care Center, will be held January 22, at 1pm in Worland with Pastor Ted Ridenour officiating. Burial will be held in Riverview Memorial Gardens. Donations in Mrs. Metzler’s memory may be made to the Amie Holt Care Center in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.

Linda J. Shreeves, 62, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Sheridan Manor.

R.M. “Jack” Siler, 89, of Sheridan, WY, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 after a short illness. He was born on February 11, 1926, in Moore, Oklahoma, to parents Earl Maynard and Jonny Lula (Routon) Siler. He married Geraldine Terry in July, 1945 in Oklahoma. They moved to Powell, Wyoming where Jack worked for an oil company.

On January 17, 2016, Michael (Mike) Churchill Gay peacefully passed away at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, MT from injuries he sustained after an accident working at First Christian Church in Sheridan, WY.

Mass of Christian Burial for Joe Goryl, 97 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Saturday morning at his home in Buffalo, will be celebrated Tuesday January 19th at 10:00 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson as celebrant. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Suzanne Laya, 84, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Westview Health Care Center. She was born on December 24, 1931, in Sheridan to Francis Charles III and Catherine (Davis) Williams. Sue graduated from Sheridan High School in 1949 and attended college in Albuquerque, New Mexico, before transferring to the University of Wyoming.

Vincent Eugene “Gene” McNair, 92, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at the Westview Health Care Center. He was born on September 30, 1923, in Sheridan to parents Clyde and Ethel (Richards) McNair, being their sixth of eight children born to them. He graduated from Sheridan High School in June of 1941. He married his wife Ruby in April of 1964.

Frances K. Ruzicka, 89, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She was born to parents, Gasper and Anna (Kozuh) Krek on July 30, 1926, in Rock Springs, WY, and was raised in Reliance, WY.

Mass of Christian Burial for Jean Gandy, 88 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Sunday evening at the Poplar Living Center in Casper, will be celebrated Saturday, January 16th at 10:00 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson as celebrant. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Erica Leigh (Hanson) O'Dell, 44, of Sheridan, WY, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Westview. She was born on August 13, 1971, in Fargo, ND to Lindell (Bernier) and Peter Hanson. She was raised in Moorhead, MN.

Routon “Jack” Siler, 89, of Sheridan, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.

Arnold Jacobson, 98, of Sheridan, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at his residence. He was born on November 4, 1917, in Kenmare, ND, to parents Jacob Peter and Carrie (Thompson) Jacobson. In 1933, he joined the Civilian Conservation Corp in California. During WWII, Arnold served in the Army Air Corp.
