Christina A. Murphy, 49, of Sheridan passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Donald Gene Iott, 74, of Sheridan passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the V.A. Medical Center.

Alan Nicholas Peterson, 81, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, November 23, 2011. He was born on September 19, 1930 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Elmer & Frances Peterson. He attended Minnetonka Schools and graduated in 1950. Served two years in the Navy and was honorably discharged in February of 1953. He married Marlis Helen Swanson on September 19, 1953.

Our beloved mother Geraldine, (Jerry) Martini, age 92, passed away Friday evening November 25th, 2011 with family at her side. She was born in Sheridan, WY to Mabel A. and Newton (Jack) Maxted on March 13, 1919. She was one of six children, spending most of her childhood on the ranches on Dutch Creek where she also attended school.

Norma Faye DeLapp, 81, of Kaycee, WY died Thursday, November 24, 2011, at home.

Norma was born July 7, 1930, in Opportunity, WA to Jack & Genevieve (Applegren) Reavis.

Michael Patrick Daley, 62, Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away Tuesday morning 11/29/2011 at the Sheridan VA Hospital after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Mike was born May 8, 1949 in Elmira, New York to Joseph and Lorraine (Moran)Daley.

Alvin W. Peterson, 89, of Sheridan passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2011at his home after a brief battle with stomach cancer. He was born June 14, 1922 near Wilton, ND to William and Edith Peterson. The family moved to Alberta, Canada when he was six. He later moved to Montana and Wyoming where he worked on farms and ranches.

Alvin W. Peterson, 89, of Sheridan passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2011at his residence.

Services for Alvin will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at the Kingdom Hall at 2226 Big Horn Avenue. A reception will follow at the Sheridan Senior Center.

John ‘Jack’ Miller, 92, of Sheridan, passed away after a long and wonderful life on Wednesday evening November 23, 2011.

‘Jack’ as he was known by, was born on August 17, 1919 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Fred and Jessie Miller. He married the late Letha ‘Lee’ Miller on November 3, 1938 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Geraldine M. Martini, 92, of Sheridan passed away on Friday, November 25, 2011 at the Sheridan Manor.

Funeral services for Terry Barnhart, 68 year old former Buffalo Chief of Police who passed away Friday at the Johnson County Healthcare Center, will be held Tuesday, November 29th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Big Horn Baptist Church with Bishop Vernon Strickland officiating. Visitation will be held at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel on Monday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Catholic Mass of Christian Burial for William Perry, 88 year old Buffalo man who passed away Wednesday morning at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, was celebrated Friday, November 25th at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson as celebrant. Visitation was held at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 24th from 1:00 p.m.

Edith Opsahl 91 passed away on Wednesday November 23, 2011 at the Sheridan Manor, in Sheridan Wy.

Evelyn Ilsley Ebzery was born January 18, 1952 to Judge John and Helen Ilsley in Gillette, WY. The family moved to Sheridan in 1964 where Ev graduated high school in 1970. She attended Stephens College in Columbia, MO for two years, graduating from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Marketing in 1973.
