Services will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at the Yellowstone National Cemetery with Military Honors in Laurel.

Ronald Jay Sorenson, beloved father, grandfather and friend passed away May 1, 2016, at his home in Winnemucca, NV. He was born October 8, 1961, in Newcastle WY, to Clifford and Helen (Rihanek) Sorenson. He married the love of his life Patricia (Patsy) Diane Trujillo on May 27, 1982.

Mildred Mary McAllister Briggs was born in Moorcroft, WY on December 22, 1913 and passed away in Idaho, March 27, 2016 at the age of 102. She passed peacefully Easter Sunday, surrounded by family.

Esther Rose Kawulok, 84, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at her residence.

Esther was born October 1, 1931, in Mosby, MT to Easton and Mary (Pribble) Rowton. She grew up on a farm and attended grades one through six at a country school. She attended Junior and Senior High School in Jordan, MT.

Charles C. Guilford, Jr., 80, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 27, 1936, in Newburyport, MA, to Charles C. and Elinor (Cole) Guilford, Sr.

Charlie served in the US Coast Guard. He married Elaine Chase on January 18, 1957, in Buxton, ME.

Donald (Dewey) Paul Simmons, 60, passed away recently on May 3, 2016. He was born on May 28, 1955, and was the son of the late Donald E. and Bertha A. (Washut) Simmons.
Dewey was a graduate of Sheridan High School in 1973, and in 1976, embarked on a life-long mining career with Kiewit, where he started as a laborer working on the construction of Decker Mine.

Funeral services for Michael Anderson, 51 year old Buffalo resident who passed away suddenly at his home in Buffalo, will be held Saturday, May 7th at 2:00 p.m. from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Saur officiating. Interment will be in Willow Grove Cemetery with graveside services to follow the funeral.

Maximillian A. Aguilar, 81, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital.

Carol G. Drochette, 98, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Westview Health Care Center.

Sharon (Shari) Verley passed away suddenly at her home April 30, 2016. She was born December 18, 1938 in Ogallala, Nebraska to Dale and Dorothy (Ball ) Jenkins. She grew up with the hard work ethic of her parents who traveled to California, Idaho then Wyoming during and after WWII.

Bradley Allen “Duffy” Giles, 57, of Sheridan, WY, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 28th, 2016, surrounded by his loving family.

Duffy was born October 26, 1958, to parents, Mary Louise (Moore) and Robert E. Giles in Weirton, WV.

Duffy enjoyed camping, the outdoors, his rottweilers, Harley Davidsons, the Pittsburgh Steelers and was a big sports fan.

Virginia T. Patton, 87, of Sheridan died Wednesday night, April 20, 2016 at her home due to liver cancer. She was attended at bedside by her daughter-in-law Kathy & son Bill.

Timothy Dean Reimers, 59, of Sheridan, passed away on April 26, 2016.

Tim was born April 27, 1956, in Laurel, Nebraska, to Bette (Kenny) Hess and Dean Reimers. Tim graduated from Sheridan High School in 1974. He then enlisted in the army in the fall and served his country until April of 1977.

Ross Frederick “Fred” Case passed away on April, 27, 2016 at the age of 81. He was born on July 2, 1934 to Ross Mitchell Case and Velma Ernest Case in Sundance, Wyoming. Fred married Doris Dirks on June 21, 1953. He worked for the Sundance Times Newspaper, then the Belle Fourche Bee Newspaper when he and Doris resided in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.
