After her schooling she was a housekeeper for a while before going to work for the phone company as a telephone operator. She met Ronald Glosser on a blind date, they fell in love immediately and were married on June 5, 1948 in Las Vegas. They made their home in Long Beach where they bought their first home on the G.I. bill in 1951 and raised their family. Mr. Glosser retired from the phone company in 1982 and they sold their home in Long Beach and moved to Portola, California where Mr. Glosser passed away in September of 1999. Donna moved to Story, Wyoming in 2000 to be near her son. In May of 2000 she became ill and moved into the Bee Hive Home in Buffalo where she enjoyed living until February of this year when she moved into the Amie Holt Care Center.
Donna enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time in the mountains. She loved to play Bingo and enjoyed Shuffleboard. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grand kids.
She is survived by two sons, Gary Glosser of Story, Wyoming and Darrell Glosser and his wife Joni of West Hills, California; one brother Ordell Jeglum of Long Beach; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
