Beverly A. Badley, 81, of Sheridan, WY died Wednesday, June 13, 2012, in Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County.

Bev was born November 29, 1930, in Denver, CO to Charles Arthur & Alma (Smith) Pettibone.

Bev attended East High School in Denver and graduated in 1948, going on to complete her undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming where she met her husband of 45 years, attorney Bruce P. Badley of Lander, WY. They married June 22, 1953 in Denver.

Bev loved riding in the Phipps Hunt at the Phipps Ranch in Littleton, CO and enjoyed art and decorating. Bev loved PEO and her many friends. She later opened her own decorating shop “Interiors by Bev” which later became Cabin Fever Solutions.

Bev was a member of the Anglican Catholic Church and was fond of Pastor Lewis Shepherd and his wife Janet.

Bev was preceded in death by her husband in April, 1999 and her brother Mahlon Pettibone.

Bev is survived by her sons Glen D. Badley & wife Becky of Greeley, CO, Scott A Badley & wife Julie of Sheridan; daughter Melissa Badley of Sheridan; two grandchildren Karen (Robert) Melby and David Badley; three great grandchildren and one step granddaughter.

Private family service will be later this summer.
Arrangements are with Champion Ferries Funeral Home.
