Andrew James Costa, 34, of Sheridan passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2011 from an motor vehicle accident in La Porte, Indiana.
A Memorial Service for Andy will be at 2 :00PM Thursday, January 27, 2011, at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Don Derryberry officiating. A reception will follow at the church.
