Andrew Eric Wallen, 45, of Sheridan, passed away at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 27, 2012.
Andrew was born in Atlantic City, NJ to Michael and Carylon Wallen. He attended schools in the Bahamas with his older brother Jim where his father was managing motels. He also attended colleges in the Bahamas and Utah. Andy’s son, Michael and daughter, Katherine was his everything, his world. He loved being with his family, and friends. He also loved going to Deadwood, SD, playing cards with his friends, the mountains, four-wheeling, and going to dinner with his lady friend, Michele. He was the smartest man we have ever met. He was the problem solver for everyone, and a man of many talents.
Andy came to Sheridan in 2006. He designed the Carl’s corner strip mall. Then became general manager at the Passage Resort in the Big Horn’s. He has worked at the Free Clinic for over a year. Andy will be greatly missed by everyone.
Andy was preceded in death by his father, Michael. He is survived by his children; Michael and Katherine Wallen, his mother, Carylon, and brother Jim both from Florida. And many many dear and close friends.
Services for Andrew will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 6, 2012 at the Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Terral Bearden officiating. A reception will follow at the church.
