Sheridan County Amends Liquor License Rules

The Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensing of Liquor Sales has been amended by the Sheridan County Commission.

The amendment will add a section requiring applicants to be present at public hearings for renewals, transfers, and new license applications, according to County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller.

The commission gave notice of intent to change the regulation back in November and interested parties were encouraged to give comment.

The Resolution amending the regulations was approved by a vote of the commission.
