U.S. Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming spoke on the Senate floor Thursday in opposition to the Biden administration’s proposal to double fund the Internal Revenue Service. Senator Barrasso referred to part of the reconciliation bill as Biden’s “big brother” plan to “supersize the IRS.”

Senator Barrasso

Senator Barrasso said he has received more calls, more emails, more letters from the people in Wyoming on this one topic than on any one topic that he can recall in the time he has been in the United States Senate. Barrasso said that just in the past 24 hours, he received 488 emails and letters in response to the issue.

Bet it was the calls from Wall Street that really motivated his speech. The major difference between D’s and R’s is that DEms want to tax and spend and RQP wants to spend and then skip out on the bills (see their behavior on paying the debts that tRump ran up- 1/4 0f the national debt was run up in only 4 years with the eager assistance of both our Senators).

Let me know when nancy starts to work on the tax code, ray, maybe she should quit chasing after the fairytales of J6, and start raising taxes before she loses the house.

Dr Barrasso is a man showing no character, courage or integrity. His oath of office was “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; . . will bear true faith and allegiance to the same”. When the time came to live up to his oath – to protect and honor the state certified results of a free election and to denounce an assault on that basic democratic process, he neither said, nor did, anything in allegiance to our constitution. He seems infatuated with money, power and status, thereby willing to compromise this free country for self gain. So I say listen to him only at the risk of joining in disrespect of the USA’s remarkable 200+ year old democratic experiment. We can slide back to the usual way humans are governed, by a strong man with minions who bully and terrorize citizens. Today the repubs seem to find that attractive.

Brass..oo is nothing more than a trump puppet who loves fascism…can’t pry him away from McConnell’s derriere long enough to actually do Wyoming’s needed work. Shame on foolish Wyoming voters.
