The soccer season for the Broncs and Lady Broncs came to a close yesterday in the 4-A east regional tournament play. The Broncs played in Cheyenne yesterday and got knocked out of post season play when they lost a 1-0 decision to Campbell County. Gillette scored the games only goal in the first half.

The Lady Broncs opened the girls regional in Sheridan yesterday against Cheyenne Central they fell behind early 3-0 and could not recover and were eliminated by the final of 3-1,Head coach Chris Cook This just wasn't the Lady Broncs year with a roster full of inexperienced varsity players the lady line-up featured nine freshmen most of them started on and off throughout the spring. The good news for the program is with all that young talent the Lady Broncs are a year or two away from being a top contender again and even though they fell off the pace early yesterday their coach was pleased to see the players not give up and play to the final whistle.
