The Holidays Can Make The Waistband A Little Tighter

The holidays are notorious for expanding waistlines and excess pounds that seem to be accumulated by enjoying all of the seasons goodies a little bit too much. Sheridan Senior Center Nutrition Director Carolyn Benepe says that people need to start getting back to a regular healthier diet soon.

Benepe says that even though the winter makes it tougher to get out and exercise, people can stay active just by doing regular chores around the house and utilizing any stairs that they may have in their home.
