Wyoming Senator, Mike Enzi, is reaching out to his constituents to answer questions via video. The Senator said he hopes to maximize his reach to get his message out.
This week, Enzi says he's heard a lot of negative feedback about some laws introduced on Capitol Hill designed to restrict gun ownership. Enzi says he agrees the laws won't solve anything.
Enzi also said many people from other parts of the country, especially back east, don't understand Wyoming's culture of gun sports.
Enzi also explained why he did not support the Paul Amendment, which would have cut off sales of military planes to Egypt. Critics accused him of helping arm our enemies. Enzi explained his vote.
Enzi hopes to make regular replies to constituent questions via video. He's calling his series, “Common Sense from Wyoming.” This week's full video is also available here.
