Webinar Series Aims to Help Local Restaurant Owners

The Wyoming Entrepreneur Small Business Development Center announced an upcoming series of online courses that are designed to help current and prospective restauranteurs improve operations and their bottom lines.

The three webinars cover a variety of topics and will take place at 2:30 p.m. on January 28, 30 and February 1. The series features Chris Tripoli of the A'la Carte Foodservice Consulting Group, who's been in the industry for over 40 years.

The first webinar will cover the often overlooked topic of the menu while the second will cover management related subjects. In the final class, Tripoli will discuss marketing techniques and how to build sales through customer service.
