City Council To Consider Sewer Service Agreement With Trailer Park

The Sheridan City Council considered a request to extend sewer services over 3 quarters of a mile to service the Woodland Park Village Trailer Court at their last City Council meeting. They tabled the request at that time. Tonight, the Council will hold a special session to consider the request again. Mayor Dave Kinskey tells us why they can’t wait until next week to talk about the issue.

The owner of the mobile home park has offered to install the pipeline from the edge of the current City sewer service to the park at his own expense. If the current treatment facility does fail, it could be disastrous for Little Goose Creek since the park is right on the river. The meeting will begin at 5 this evening in City Hall. The council is expected to take action on the request tonight
