Buffalo City Council Passes Alley Vacation On First Reading

At their meeting Tuesday evening the Buffalo City Council Passed on first reading Ordinance No. 1358 which will partially vacate an alleyway in the city.

The Ordinance will vacate the alley between Lot 18 in Block 8 of the Original City of Buffalo and the West 22 feet of Lots 00, 01 and 02 in Block 2 of the Hamilton Addition to the city.

Buffalo Mayor Randy Dyess asked City Attorney Ben Kirven if he agreed with the city vacating the lands.

The Ordinance was passed unanimously on first reading and will need to be passed on second and third reading before it will taake effect.
