The 2nd Annual “Brewing Up History” Beer Tasting and Blind Pig Art Sale is coming up this Friday night on the porch of the Sheridan County Museum. Curator of Museum Education Nathan Doerr says the event has grown in its second year.
Adding to the fun -- a prohibition-era "Blind Pig" art sale featuring works by local professional and amateur artists. The pieces are unsigned, so the people will not know the identity of the artist until they go to the winning buyer.
Tickets for the event are $25 a person or $40 a couple. There is a $5 discount for designated drivers. Tickets can be purchased at the Sheridan County Museum. The “Brewing Up History” beer tasting is in celebration of the Sheridan Brewing Company's 68-year history. The event will run Friday night from 6 to 9 o'clock.
