Sheridan High School Interact Club students presented a “big check” to Sheridan Memorial Hospital Foundation Executive Director Ada Kirven at Wednesday's Hospital Board meeting.

The students raised over $2,000 this year by selling “Broncs are All in Pink” t-shirts at the high school to benefit the new Welch Cancer Center project.

SHS Interact Club President Shannon Meixsell says that in only its second year, the initiative has really taken off.

The marketing students from SHS sold over 500 of the t-shirts in just three days to raise the $2,015.50 that was donated to the Hospital Foundation for the Welch Cancer Center.
